Course Fees
BIBS is committed to keeping biblical education within reach. Students pay a course fee to BIBS; where a student wishes their work to be formally recognised, a separate external accreditation fee is payable to our accrediting body. Details are below, along with the Ignite Youth Scholarship for eligible young adults.

Payment details are provided when you apply – 50% of the course fee is required upon application, with the remainder before the start of the course. All fees paid to BIBS are non-refundable. Please read the Student Terms before applying.
Recognising your work.
Our courses are accredited by AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group. Should you choose for the work you undertake to be formally recognised, there is an administration fee payable to the external accrediting body. This is an additional cost, over and above your BIBS course fee, and applies to the Two-Year Certificate Course.
All accreditation fees paid to the external accrediting body are non-refundable.
Fees, answered.
Are there additional costs?
Yes. In addition to your course fee, an external accreditation fee applies to the Two-Year Certificate Course, should you choose for your work to be recognised.
Can I pay in instalments?
50% of the course fee is required upon application, with the remainder required before the start of the course.
What about refunds?
All fees paid to BIBS are non-refundable. Please see the Student Terms for full details, including your cancellation rights.
Can I change courses or cancel?
As a general rule we do not allow students to change courses unless their circumstances are extenuating, as we would not then be in a position to offer the place to someone else. A student who chooses to leave a course before completion remains obligated to make the full fee for the entire course.
The Ignite Youth Scholarship.
BIBS and BNYD launched the Ignite Scholarship to equip Bethel’s young adults with the Word of God. Each year it provides two successful candidates with a fully funded place on the One-Year Foundation Course.
